FOR DOMESTIC PURCHASES

- Enter the address where you would like to receive the product. Then click ‘Continue’.
- Select the shipping method of your choice and click ‘Continue’.
- Choose your payment method

Once you have chosen your payment method, click on ‘Continue’. - Finally on the Purchase Confirmation page you can review all the information of the purchase. Then click on ‘Continue’.
- You will then be redirected to another screen to fill in the details of your chosen payment method.
- After confirming the purchase you will receive an email from us, this will not be a proof of payment.
- Once the payment is credited, the shop will have 2 working days to notify the national shipments.
FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
1. Contact via whatsapp the sales agent (+57) 3165202207
2. Money transfer through Western Union, Moneygram, Ria, Xoom and Paypal
3. Once the transfer is done the store will have 3 business days to make the corresponding shipment.
4. The customer will be given the corresponding tracking number and access to the online tracking platforms.
5. The delivery time for international orders is 5 business days according to the policies of the postal company.
