Oxymetholone 50 mg Landerlan is a powerful oral anabolic steroid derived from dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It is closely related to methyldihydrotestosterone (mestanolone), but it has a 2-hydroxymethylene group that significantly changes its activity. Unlike mestanolone and DHT, which are weak in muscle tissue due to rapid breakdown by enzymes, oxymetholone remains highly effective.

Animal studies show that oxymetholone has much greater anabolic activity than testosterone or methyltestosterone. Although these studies suggest oxymetholone’s androgenic effects are relatively low (about 1/4th to 1/7th of its anabolic effects), real-world experiences indicate its androgenicity is stronger than initially measured.
